About the service

Atlas is an AI work system for teams. Research, documents, data, AI coworkers, tools, and recurring work are coordinated in one system.

The service is operated by PT Monago Teknologi Nusantara. Available features depend on your plan and credits.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account details and keep your password confidential.

Account owners and team admins are responsible for the activity of team members they give access to.

Atlas can also be used in guest mode, within certain limits.

Contact privacy@useatlas.work right away if you suspect your account has been misused.

Prohibited use

You may not use Atlas to:

• Break Indonesian law or infringe the rights of others.
• Send spam or bulk messages without the recipients' consent, including through automations.
• Create or spread content that is deceptive, hateful, or infringes copyright.
• Attempt to break into, disrupt, or overload Atlas's systems.
• Access other people's data without permission.
• Circumvent Atlas's usage limits, credits, or security protections.

Your data and content

The data and content you put into Atlas remain yours.

You allow us to process that data only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for making sure the data you put into or connect to Atlas was obtained lawfully, including any required consent.

AI features and AI coworkers

Atlas uses AI to research, analyze, write, and carry out tasks.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you use, publish, or send it to others.

AI coworkers only work within the access you give them. You are responsible for the permissions you grant.

AI features use credits according to your plan and usage.

Automations and actions on your behalf

Routines and AI coworkers can take actions on your behalf, such as sending email or updating files, within your permissions and settings.

You can require approval before certain actions run, and stop a routine at any time.

Actions carried out within your permissions and settings are your responsibility.

Third-party services

Atlas can connect to third-party services such as Google Workspace, Telegram, MCP tool providers, and payment providers.

Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services.

Credits, plans, and payments

Prices, plan contents, and credit amounts follow the offer or invoice you agree to.

Credits are used up as you use features. Refunds follow the terms of that offer.

The service may be limited when your credits run out or an invoice is past due.

Service availability

We work to keep Atlas available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We announce scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

We may change or discontinue certain features with reasonable notice.

Termination

You can stop using Atlas at any time and request deletion of your data as described on the Data Deletion page.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Atlas is provided as is.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from use of the service.

You are responsible for claims by others that arise from your breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce important changes before they take effect.

By continuing to use Atlas after a change takes effect, you agree to the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Disputes are first settled through good-faith discussion. If no agreement is reached, they are settled in the competent courts of Indonesia.
